• For certain reservations we require payment card details to secure your booking. These details are securely kept with a third party called Stripe
• ONLY you will be charged if the cancellation terms are not met. We ask for 6 hours notice of a cancellation or reduction in numbers, and reservations that fail to give this notice will automatically incur a £10pp fee
• Takes 10 sec to cancel or amend your booking by pressing the CANCEL red button on your booking confirmation email
• Tables of two are allocated a 1.5 hour dining time and tables of 3 or more 2h (during Fridays & Saturdays evenings)
• Please contact us if you are running late; we can hold a table for 15 minutes but will have release it if we haven’t heard from you
• Please do make us aware of any special requirements you may have along with any allergies, or dietary requirements in your party and we will be happy to accommodate

We are an independent restaurant and therefore rely on reservations being honoured to ensure our continued success.
